Businesses have continued to make commitments to diversity, equity and inclusion - yet many seem lost on creating an inclusive workplace. Through this training, participants will learn the basics of DEI, equity vs. equality, and diversity vs. inclusion.  Participants will leave with a better understanding of their role in creating an inclusive workplace.

There are two kinds of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training.

  • Ones that feature boring powerpoints on unconscious bias and discrimination that teach you nothing new or valuable.

  • Ones that make you confront your biases, build the case for DEI, and actually teach you something. (We're this one).
